We had a wonderful time. Many of the staff were fantastic. Alfredo, the bell man, Kendra who cleaned our room and Victor who served us at the pool. We met many nice people throughout our 10 days here. There was food for everyone. Many special events throughout our 10 days. Loved the foam pool party as my wife was reliving her youth. Went into the Art Show on Thursday evening and grabbed dinner in town which was a $12 USA cab ride. Had some great meals at the Asian restaurant . Loved the Thursday beach dinner. Yes there are things that weren’t perfect at the hotel but it’s exactly what needed as a get away, it may not be for everyone, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time here because it’s what you make of it. . Rested, tanned, over fed but ready to go head home.

I stayed at the Krystal Grand the first week of May and had a fantastic time. Friendly staff, lots of fun entertainment, and good food. We really enjoyed the adult pool, our favourite server was Victor Ortega, he provided prompt service and was so friendly and happy to help us out with anything.
