Great Place to Stay! You Will Enjoy Your Visit!

My friends and I have visited several all-inclusive resorts in Mexico. Some have been fancier than this and some not. The Hilton Vallarta Riviera may not be the newest one, but it has been the best one! The resort seems to be mostly well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the towels and bedsheets were all nice and clean. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job cleaning and straitening up the room each day. The bartenders on the property were awesome! We had the best time with Victor in the Lobby bar and Felipe at the Pool. We visited the Martini Bar a couple of times and the bartender there was Yasir (I think that was his name) and he was fun and you can tell that he enjoys making all the different martinis. They took great care of us at the bars! Juan took care of us several days at the pool and he was spectacular! The pool concierge was extremely friendly and very helpful booking the Cabana beds. The food was amazing! A great selection of food each day in the buffet and the on-site restaurants were delicious. The room service is included at no cost, which was really nice when you didn't feel like getting up and going to the buffet. A little tip, order through the webiste the day before if you know that you are going to want to use the room service. They get a little backed up in the mornings. There are activities each day from different fitness classes to karaoke on the pool deck at night. We spent our time at the adults only pool, which was really nice because we did not have any kids with us. We met some really great people while relaxing in the pool. This was a spectacular place to stay and we will be coming back!

We really loved our stay at the Hilton resort in Puerto Vallarta. The service provided at the Vela food hall in particular was amazing! Norma and Medardo took great care of us and made sure our experience was great every time! We really appreciated their care and service!
