This was the first time that any of our extended family (11 of us) had been to Puerto Vallarta. We loved Secrets Vallarta Bay with its helpful and friendly staff and amazing sunset views. Carlos M. was a fantastic butler and kept our group well looked after in the Preferred Club, especially my vegan nephew. We enjoyed our dining experiences (hostess at the French restaurant could be friendlier--everyone else was great, so maybe she was just having a bad day) and could always find chairs at the beach or pool. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Would definitely return at some point in the future.

This resort is AMAZING!! Great location close to the airport, the beach was beautiful, nice sand and swimmable. The entertainment team was so great and service was unbelievable! All the restaurants catered so well to my husbands gluten free needs we were so impressed! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay!
