Our family of 4 went on this once in a lifetime vacation. This resort was large and we never felt crowded. The staff was friendly and helpful especially when we took the time to create a rapport. There are plenty of places to eat or drink at all times of the day with plenty of variety. Even my picky eater food something to eat. All-inclusive does not include extras like bowling, mini golf, escape room, etc unless you get a premium room so be prepared to pay for those things. I recommend tipping the staff, they appreciate it, and you will get a better experience, plus they deserve it.
Old and basic- instalaciones viejas y muy básico

Check in takes forever and the client service is bad compared to my stay at Meliá, the room had a smell humidity old and maybe bad filters on the air conditioning system, the cleanliness not good dirty sheets, dirty rug, stinky pillow, stench from the drain on the shower of the second level of the room, the food it’s not savory it’s pretty basic, hard rock pancakes but more variety than Meliá, the food is not good there, and more seafood on barcelo. The ceiling have leakages since its old and we had rain, one day it was pretty bad and no staff trying to open the theatre out some music or try to open the bars in that area they are only opened at night when there are shows, one night it was karaoke but the organization is very poor guest sing and the staff doesn’t try to pick it up, the Michael Jackson show is good bit could use more interaction with the public like going to the crowed , another show was a dj that the song selection is tough but she didn’t ever tried to engage with the crowd or have dancers props or something. The beach is good but could use some more activities. The bathrooms in the common areas are broken and the color is brown like a cave. El check in es tardado, comparado con Meliá el servicio al cliente es superior, la Habitación con olor a húmedo y salía un olor fétido del drenaje de la ducha del segundo nivel dentro de la habitación, sábanas sucias almohadas con olor feo, los cuartos en Meliá son limpios y las instalaciones son más nuevas, la comida es básica al igual que en Meliá pero aquí hay más mariscos, entretenimiento hubo una noche kareokee amenizacion pobre, donde deberían de combinar con otros actos de comedia o bailarines, un día hubo un show inspirado en michael jackson ese estuvo ameno, pero podría interactuar más con el público, un día hubo una dj que no hablaba y le faltaba amenizar bailar algo que le pusiera jugo al ambiente. Un día que llovió entraron a todos pero los bares en el teatro cerrados no hay coordinación ante inundaciones y goteras por varios techos , los baños en áreas comunes son color café obscuro y con iluminación como cueva, el diseño del hotel es bonito, jardinizacion bonita, kids club los ponen a ver TV no hay actividades de baile físicas con conos gulas pelotas, pero tienen la disponibilidad para peor es nada. La playa está bien. Las instalaciones son viejas y por eso hay goteras y los techos algunos están que ya se caen.
