I visited to plan for my 2025 wedding at this resort and the staff exceeded my expectations. The food was amazing and everyone was so friendly! Specifically the bartender Enrique, hostess Xamina, and wedding coordinator Thalia! My only complaint would be the breeze and seaweed which I understand is can be out of the staffs control. Just note the government is in charge of getting rid of the seaweed and doesn’t work on the weekend so expect to see it then.

One of the best experiences that I have ever had, the resort is clean the service is perfect and the staff are very friendly, the food has many varieties from different cousins and its worth trying. The pool service is amazing the beach is very nice and the service on the beach is excellent. We did ask for activity service in the hotel and they recommended the xenotes and coco bongo, and it was an amazing choice of entertainment. They will guide you through the best places and what is worth visiting/ seeing. Shout out to all the staff and special thanks to Gaby Bermejo from Amatar the hotel travel agency for her recommendation.

Absolutely LOVE this beautiful resort!!! This was our second time visiting in 8 months - we loved it so much the first time that we couldn't wait to come back. I left my travel mug on the Amstar shuttle when arriving from the airport and was heartbroken but the amazing Amstar staff Gabi and Miia along with Xavier from UVC saved the day and got in touch with the driver who brought it back to me within an hour! I NEED to also give a HUGE SHOUT-OUT to Pablo and Angie on the Entertainment staff for such a fun bike tour (so much fun we did 2 bike tours this trip) and for a great time at Karaoke! Sergio and Jose at the Barracuda bar made the best drinks, played the best music, and the way they laughed, worked together & sang along to the songs that were playing made it seem like they were having fun and that they enjoyed spending as much time with us as we were with them! Pedro from Portofina & Bordeaux stood out above the rest! He remembered our names, favorite drinks, gave the best recommendations, and surprised us with some churros from El Patio while we were at the French restaurant!! He went above and beyond, and Dreams is lucky to have him! Until next time Dreams!! See you again!

The service was excellent beginning right when we entered our bell boy Manuel was amazing. We switched to the honeymoon suite and bridal suite and he helped us with all the moves. Clever and Enrique at rendezvous bar were amazing we had a huge bridal party and clever memorized our names and drinks. Adriel and Antonio at the pool bar in front of the kids pool were also excellent very friendly and always made sure I had my order promptly. Ricardo a server at the pool was excellent. My bridal team Anabel and Charlie did a great job with our big group. Our bartenders I think his name was David and other bartenders for our Mexican fiesta rehearsal and wedding were amazing.

After reading many mixed reviews, I decided to take a chance. I didn’t have any expectations about my experience, however, my daughter and I truly enjoyed this beautiful resort. It had everything we could possibly need. From the check in process to check out, and every moment in between, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the very best time. The room was beautiful, our view was amazing. There were so much to see and do. Daily and nightly events were entertaining. Valentin really took care of me upon arrival, he gave me a tour, scheduled my spa day and dinner on the beach. Aldo and Yolanda gave us the most relaxing massages. The pools were very relaxing. Victor, who was our pool concierge for most of our time there was simply fantastic. The beach was warm and beautiful. The drinks were delicious. Our rented cabanas came with complimentary champagne daily. The Pina Colada was spectacular. Himitsu, Portofino, and Oceana were our favorite restaurants. Breakfast at the Seaside Grill was simply amazing. Don’t hesitate and book this resort. Very good value for money.
