The resort was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had in Mexico. For the price point, I was expecting modern and breath taking beaches. This was not my experience! The air conditioning went put. There was no hot water one morning. The jacuzzi tub looked like someone had lite fireworks in it. The bed sheets were tied together and no all th way on! Let's go to the wedding day! The coordinator was no where to be found with the bridal party. We had to walk all the way across the resort to the ceremony location. We were told to not be late and the carts transportation would be there! It was not, so all 8 of us walked. The guests were supposed to be escorted at a specific time so they did not see the bride. Again, the wedding coordinator dropped the ball on this. The bridal party was to have photos done first, but the guests were arriving. The steak was not steak, it was baked roast that I would consider a pot roast. Do not have your wedding here.
