First time and it was fabulous. Our stupendous visit began with a very courteous welcome from a peacock, staff took care of our bags, we were taken to our room beautiful surroundings. Staff were friendly from domestic, gardens to entertainment team too many to name all provided first class service. A special mansion goes to chef Octavio and his team they had looked after us a big thank you. And Isobel ( Public Relation ) took care of us when we had a small issue Isobel made sure everything was sorted. Staff went that extra mile and made our trip memorable, would recommend to family and friends, we will definitely comeback.

The entertainment team, especially Josue, was incredibly enjoyable and attentive. I highly recommend staying at this expansive resort, as there is an abundance of activities to keep you entertained. I came for a wedding and the backdrop of the photos were stunning. I would come back.
