Staff is very nice, resort is clean. A/C in rooms aren't bad. Dani helped me check in and she was really nice. Love the swim up bar. Big beach access, connects with other resorts so you can walk down the beach. Different food options. Open seating on beach

The grounds are amazing and we love it. We are members of the club and come two or three times a year. I cannot say enough about the entire staff, the club membership staff gives 110 per cent to make you happy and the rest of the staff at the entire hotel is friendly and helpful. Us members don’t like the new rule that the restaurants no longer take reservations. We do not want to stand in a line. We love the guitarist-singer Oz Barba and he always has a large crowd who appreciate his talent. It would be nice to have singers and musicians in the bars at night again like it used to be. Also I remember when you could get breakfast at the beach, that was wonderful and I still miss it. I hope corporate will listen to members who pay a lot of money to join the club. We see many old ways and perks eliminated. Thank you to the amazing staff for all your hard work
