We were there for a short 5 night stay but we had a great experience. This was actually our 9th time visiting a Palladium hotel, and 8th time at Yucatan, with our last stay being over 5 years ago. We didn’t notice that a whole lot had changed but we did notice that the Butler service, the App, as well as using WhatsApp, was a huge improvement. We stayed on our friends travel club membership. Service was great everywhere. I recommend at least a week- there is just too much to see and do- we barely made it to the beach because we just didn’t have enough time. Stay longer! We will come back soon. We loved Conclasse and their new karaoke night!! Gracias!!!

Me and my partner stayed in villa 69 and was looked after very well by Paula, Carlos and Antonio helping us we anything we needed and even helped surprise my partner with birthday balloons and cake all set up for us in the room while we was out for the day. The food and service on the resort is beyond good and would recommend to anybody. We will be booking this resort again for sure.
