The Verandah Antigua is a luxury style resort is situated on 30 spectacular waterfront acres, hidden away on the untouched north-east coast of Antigua. It lies adjacent to a designated National Park and incorporates a powered soft white sand beach and crystal clear bay perfect for swimming. The historical Devils Bridge is only a brief walk away whilst uninhabited nature sanctuaries of Green Island and Bird Island are only a boat ride away.

The Verandah, Antigua Does Not Dissapoint!

I stayed at The Verandah, Antigua this winter. It was a stellar experience. Scenic, tranquil grounds, great food (especially at Portofino) and a relaxing vibe combine to make The Verandah a destination unto itself. After a 3 hour flight from Miami, and an unusually long wait in customs, we were welcomed with rum punch and chilled towels. On-property shuttles were readily available, and all staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Just go it really is that simple.

This is the second hotel we have stayed in within the Elite hotel group, the previous one being Palm Island, so expectations for service and quality of product were high. The Verandah resort doesn't disappoint. From the moment we arrived at reception we have experienced excellent customer service. A chilled towel and a rum punch greeted us along with that stunning Carribbean charm. We experienced some issues with a cricket that has decided to make it's home inside the Aircon duct in our room. The management simply moved us to another room of equal quality but with an amazing view - Bonus. The food and waiting service has been we excellent. The drinks are all international top shelf for the spirits. International wines and the beer is brewed on site- it's a very tasty craft lager. A big thank you to Lilly for teaching me how to sail a Hobie cat. This is a must here water couldn't be any safer to learn in. I cannot really single anyone else out as they are such an amazing team of people dedicated to ensuring that we the customer has the most enjoyable experience. Palm Island is for honeymoons and reconnecting. Verandah resort is for enjoying each others company is a little piece of paradise.
