the customer service was amazing and very accommodating. Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable and fun! Special shoutout to the staff: Ernesto, Francisco, Jamelly, Domasio, and Gabriella!! There were also a lot of fun activities including yoga, spinning, etc. Luis was awesome at conducting classes.

just wanted to shout out a few staff members who made our experience so memorable !! ernesto & janelly & gabriella were amazing waiting staff always super pleasant ! ernesto always took amazing care of us !! ernesto needs a raise . and also marcelino & damasio at the bars were always amazing . and luis was amazing he offered a few morning yoga classes & pool workout classes that were sooo amazing !! thanks so much to all the amazing staff at beach palace, my friends and i had an amazing stay.
