Paid up for the Sun Club to be in building 8 with an Ocean View. After 2 plus hours to check in we were told the A/C wasn’t working so we were put in Building 7 room 7115. No A/C, no hot water, towels were old. Dirty inside. Tried to change our room and they said they had nothing for us. Left the next morning without them giving my card a refund. After 25 mins and the staff kept telling me to hold on I wanted to wash my hands of Sunscape. The food and drinks were meh… on a positive note the beach, pools and staff were nice.

This is our second time here. Absolutely love it. Incredible beach, amazing staff and service. Food and drinks excellent, Gorgeous views from room, beds were great. Entertainment staff were fantastic , Lots to do. It is a little outdated could use a refresh, such as new beach chairs and towels, gym was adequate needs new equipment and they are understaffed andthe staff they have work double jobs
