Moldy Bathroom Horrible Service Worst Hotel EVER
lillyflower2017 (Issaquah, Washington) on May 11, 2024
My Aria stay was one of the worst experiences at a hotel. One fiasco after another no apologies or offers of compensation. At check-in, we hauled our luggage to an occupied room! We could open the door with the key, but the security latch was on. Went back to the front desk. The staff gives no apologies or offers. We requested a room upgrade and got a $60 food and beverage credit. Then we noticed the MGM app did not connect our reservation. You cannot charge the room or use FB credits. It took 4 trips to the front desk and 3 visits to the MGM Rewards desk to get resolved. Then FB credits were not applied to room charges. It took 3 phone calls to resolve. We found out that 3 hours before checkout we had $30 FB credit left. Went to eat downstairs. Guess what FB credit was not applied again. I called the front desk and she kept saying it was fixed and asking if we wanted to check out. It was not fixed. The TV online hotel bill read FB is still not credited. We still had an hour left before checkout time. The bathroom grout had black mold. The drapes didn't close all the way. There are more issues but I am done with this Sh&T hole of a hotel.
Aria was fantastic!

We had never stayed at Aria before and thought it would make a nice change. From the moment we arrived we were treated with the greatest kindness. We were upgraded to a Tower Suite, and it was just beautiful! The Tower Suite also gave us access to the VIP lounge. It was a great place to grab a snack, cold drink or a delicious coffee. Approximately 1000sqft, with a powder room at the front door, a living room, separate bedroom, and a very well appointed jetted tub/shower separate water closet with a bidet. The bed was wonderful as were the pillows, bedding and towels. All of the drapes and sheers were automatic. There is a tablet in the bedroom and the sitting room to order food, control lights etc. You can also control lights and drapery from the wall. I love the "Goodmorning" button and the "Goodnight" buttons that open drapes, turn on certain lights or close the drapes and turn off the lights respectively. There is your standard stocked for a fee bar fridge, but there is also a big fridge to put your things in. One large tv in the sitting room, one large one in the bedroom and a small one directed at the jetted tub. There was only one small thing that took the tiniest amount of shine from our room. There was hair in the shower drain. This might be our new go to when traveling to Las Vegas.
