Beyond a joke
caitiekeen on May 10, 2024
Offered to us as a complimentary stay as the first time I stayed was beyond a joke. This time even worse. 1am in the morning and they can’t find where noise from a gathering is coming from, I can tell you it’s above me! Not prepared to let us change rooms nor shut a party down. Have been just offered ear plugs which so far haven’t showed up after 20 mins of offering them. 2 hours since the vdara shenanigans have started. Crap service as usual. Wouldn’t waste your money on this hotel. Customer not at the heart of their worries.
Large room with a view

The rooms here are very large. You have a kitchen with a microwave and mini-fridge. There is a little living room with a separate TV. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is quite large. This is not a casino and is smoke free. Pretty close to things here. Cosmopolitan and Bellagio are connected by a walkway. Aria is next door. I found it easy to catch Uber/Lyft (some places they are banished to an out of the way area). The only negatives is that one of the tables had not been dusted in quite some time. There is also a hefty resort fee that comes with the place, which you have to pay even if you don't use the amenities it covers.
