Weekend in Vegas

We had a great experience thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff. The location of this hotel is perfect. We were able to check in early and were provided a drink to start our stay. We plan on coming back and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good time.

This is one fun casino! Full review…

I’ve been coming to The D for years because it is so much fun! Great atmosphere, dancing dealers, great music and good video poker. What more could you ask for? Rooms: The rooms are basic, but clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable, but the highlight of the room is actually the bathrooms, they are large and very nice. Pro tip: Get a room as high as you can in the tower, the further you get from Fremont Street, the quieter it’ll be! Food: Andiamo is an absolute amazing classic Vegas steakhouse. I highly recommend it. For a quick bite, they also have American Coney where you can grab some good coney dogs and fries. They also have a very nice coffee stand that sells a range of beverages and smoothies.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Meliveasemu L on May 10, 2024

Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff. No coffee or fridge in room. Noisy at night on Saturday night, but it wasn't that big of a deal to me, I just left the TV on til it quieted down. I stayed 4 nights. Loved the location, and all of the walkable restaurants nearby. We used the swimming pool off site, which was great. Free parking was a great added benefit. I would stay here again, and Fremont Street is fun these days! There was a noticeable police presence that was a good thing.

Stay somewhere else

Michelle S on Apr 29, 2024

Booked a non smoking king room. Was told there weren't any available but we could upgrade for a fee for a corner non smoking king room. The "corner" faced a parking garage. The room was next to 3rd street stage on Fremont so it was loud all the time. The bathroom sink drain smelled every time we turned the water on. Zero water pressue in the shower. They have the shower door that is open on one side so water was on the floor every time we showered. The pool: You must have your room key to get in the gate. Is located street level. (horrible planning) Has a cement/concrete wall that faces the street. Has a flimsy black slotted fence that faces the entrance of the hotel. (no privacy) Has 8 lounge chairs. Has bathrooms outside of the pool area. Which the homeless were using. No security or anyone from the hotel in the pool area While we were there 2 young women appeared with 2 small kids with arm floaties on the other side of the fence. They started asking everyone if one of us could open the gate for them as they had left their room key in their room. We all refused and told them to go get a room key from the front desk. Even told them that they would need it to get back in their room. Well that did not go over well with them. They proceeded to push one of the kids through the slots on the fence. The fence is flimsy and anyone can bend the slots. So the kid was now in the pool area and was told by them to open the gate for them to come in. This is when the racial slurs and body shaming started being thrown around by them to the actual hotel guests. They said we didn't own the pool and why wanted to know why did it matter to us if they were there. Lots of yelling. Security was called. They left with them and didn't come back. A guy walked by and said they had just got off the bus and do this all the time there!

Hidden costs

Basic hotel, room not cleaned in a week, very noisy, hidden charges for resort fees and security deposit, still waiting on security deposit after 10 days.
