TRANSFORMING OUR NEW AIRCRAFT TO SERVE YOU BETTER

We’re reconfiguring our newly acquired 737 aircrafts to align with the rest of our fleet. During this temporary Premium cabin transformation, amenities may differ from those on other aircraft. For more information, visit cabin updates.

Here’s how it works:

Enter your reservation code and last name and click "Place an offer" to see if you are eligible.

Choose the flight segment for your offer and move the slider to the amount you are willing to pay, including taxes and fees.

Enter your contact and payment details in the fields provided. Your credit card will only be charged if your offer is accepted.

Review and submit your details. Modify or cancel your offer if it has not been accepted up until 75 hours before your flight.

Approximately 72 hours before your flight, we will send you an email to inform you whether your offer has been accepted.

Consideration of the offer may include higher offers for the same cabin, original fare, WestJet Rewards tier status, number of available seats and number of guests in your booking.

Accepted upgrade offers are non-refundable, non-transferable and are only valid on the flight date shown.

Priority check-in, priority airport screening and lounge access are only available at applicable airports.
Seat space varies by aircraft type. Seats in Premium on flights operated by WestJet Encore and WestJet Link do not have extra legroom or space Seats in Premium onboard our 737 aircraft may be equipped with a middle seat blocker or feature new 2x2 seating, which is being reconfigured across the 737 fleet in 2019-2020.
Food and beverages vary depending on aircraft type, flight length, time of day and availability.
An upgrade to Business entitles you to the baggage allowance of the cabin, for a maximum of two checked bags. Overweight, excess and oversized bag fees may apply.
Seats in Premium on aircraft undergoing cabin transformations may not have extra legroom.
