The hotel was great. I grew up on Oahu and went to this hotel for prom back in the 80’s when it was Pac Beach? Love the pool bar/deck. though keep in mind during the winter the actual pool gets limited sun. Food at the pool was great! Longboard Club is a bit of a ? In terms of value. If you have kiddos or a big group - the free breakfast/dinner-ish snacks are super handy.
3.5 stars hotel at best

This is far from a 5-star hotel - more like 3.5 stars at best. There's no room service, and everything is overpriced. Additionally, there's a nightclub on the 5th floor, outside by the pool area, so you won't be able to rest until around 9 PM due to the noise.
