I’ve taken numerous trips to Vegas and stayed at numerous properties. This was sub par and the noise from the outdoor pools until 4:30 am was a dealbreaker for me. Bring your ear buds. I will not be stayi...ng at this hotel again, Park MGM or Mandalay Bay are far better MGM properties if you’re looking

You can already tell quality has gone down since the Cosmopolitan is no longer a stand alone, but part of the MGM family. The toilet seat in the room was super loose, & while we reported it, it wasn’t fixe...d during our stay. The handle on the toilet stuck in the down position, & unless you manually brought it back up, water continuously flowed. One time during our stay, we found it running when we entered our room after 12 hours of being out, apparently by one of the housekeeping staff. The lamp on the counter did not work. One of the light switches in the bathroom was apparently “fixed” by someone using tape. It fell off during our stay. While there was a holder for pen & paper on the counter, there was no pen, but 2 sheets of paper. We were unable to open the room safe the last night of our stay. My husband called maintenance. After 35 minutes or so, & no maintenance , he called again. 10 minutes later, maintenance showed up & replaced the batteries. Let’s hope MGM sees the issues & takes appropriate corrective action to make it again a place where people feel they’re treating themselves to some luxury. I attempted to complete the survey from them, but it had already expired. We stayed 5/9-13/2025.
