I have to admit we were a bit nervous after hearing all the negative reviews. We got there before check in and was able to get our room. They upgraded our room when we told them we were celebrating our 30 th anniversary. Room was very clean, spacious and faced the Bellagio fountain. Location was excellent! Having the miracle mile mall was so convenient and has cheap eats. Ate at Blondies, Oceans and Flights. Staff were amazing. Would definitely return!
Vacation in Vegas

Recently my wife and I spent 5 days and 4 nights in Las Vegas. Going through AAA, we were booked in Planet Hollywood on the Vegas Strip. First and foremost, if you are a US military veteran, get yourself a Salute card. You will get free parking at any Caesars property, which includes Planet Hollywood. Anyway, we checked in and made our way to our room in the north tower. Unfortunately, after a security guard and three maintenance workers could not open our room, it turned out the lock was bad and had to be replaced. Lou, one of the maintenance workers, called down to get our room changed. We got a room (2459) in the south tower, which faces the strip. Because of the issue, we got a $50 good credit for select restaurants in the hotel. The room was great. Very clean, comfortable bed (would love to know what brand of mattress). A little trick: while our room was in the south tower, talking the north tower elevators, was closer to our room. The only issue I would give the room is that the water pressure in the shower was not the best. I am sure it is because they need to conserve water, but as I say, this is my opinion. Housekeeping was great. I would recommend this hotel
