The majority of our stay was amazing. Ernesto at Manatees was fabulous, as was Dulce at the main lobby bar. Our experience at Oceana for dinner was superb. And Saturday night's entertainment, Victoria and... Luciano, were tremendously talented. Enjoyed our stay!

We had the best server by the pool today! Thank you Mercedes for your excellent care while we lounged by the pool! Attention to detail, funny and kind. If I am sitting by a pool, trying to relax on vacati...on the only person I want to be our poolside server is Mercedes.
