Amazing place for a family reunion!

We had families from all over the U.S. meet here for our first ever family reunion. There were 40+ family members and we all walked away completely satisfied. If you know our family, you would understand what an incredible accomplishment that was! The food (esp Portofino and World Cafe) was amazing. The pool is the backdrop of so many wonderful family memories. The adults slipped away to the adult pool while kids were in kids club or entertained at the big pool. The resort was very walkable for our older members. But. MOST NOTABLY, the customer service was off the charts! They even have a weekly happy hour with all the managers (sales, food, drink, entertainment) so you can give feedback in live time. Who does that??? Everything from the moment we arrived to left (our shuttle bailed and bellhop called two taxis right away) was PERFECTION.
Great family vacation experience

We were traveling with a large group of multiple ages. The dreams resort in Cabo was the perfect place for this. There was such a great variety of food, activities and other options that everybody felt they found some thing that worked for them. Beach was easily accessible to walk along the sand, the pools were clean and well kept. The staff was attentive and the food was overall very delicious. There are plenty of vegetarian options and other foods for our guests with dietary concerns.
