Amazing Experience!!

Excellent service ,clean, staff super friendly and professional!! The Beach Boys Cesar , Rafael they provided amazing services! The waitress Edna , Aurelio ,The activities are great by Manny and Julia , the churros lady she is super nice the taco stand has the best tacos !!!! The Yama Japanese restaurant has the best food ! The pool activities the yoga paddle can’t wait to our next visit !!

I was expecting an incredible, high-end luxury experience so maybe my expectations were too high. It was ok, but definitely not amazing. The biggest negative is that they took up an hour of our time when we arrived, trying to sell us on listening to a presentation in exchange for spa credit and a boat excursion. Not only was it annoying, it completely cheapened the luxury feeling of the resort. The butlers were sometimes helpful, but when we finally got their sales person to let us go, two butlers came to the room with us and started giving us a room tour and showing how to use the light switches and shower faucet handles. I told them we’re ok and they we don’t need the tour, twice before they finally left. Walking into a hotel room for the first time is usually a private experience for a couple to be excited about their stay together, and instead it was so awkward. The room was pretty nice with lots of natural stone finishes and really pretty nightstands with lighting under the stone counters. But the shower had mold and when I asked them to come clean it, they either didn’t come or they weren’t able to remove it. There was also condensation dripping from some of the hvac vents around the property, and mold growing around them (you can tell they painted over it multiple times). The food was nothing special, I’d give it a B- at best. I was excited for sushi at Yama but the nigiri salmon quality was really lacking, and I say this as someone who’s not that big of a sushi snob. Also they added wasabi to the nigiri rice for no reason. Lumiere was alright, but their chicken was mediocre at best. Every single thing at Ocean was spicy which was hard for me to handle, but the view was pretty and the food was pretty good. The room service breakfast and the poolside food was pretty good but they had extremely slow service. I was most upset that there was NO food readily available between 6 pm and our dinner reservation which was at 8. On the day we arrived we basically skipped lunch because their sales pitch took so long. The poolside food stops at 5 pm and pizza stops at 6 pm. You can’t get earlier dinner because every restaurant requires a reservation. For an all inclusive resort that was really strange. Their cafe was really good, though they only serve sweets. The property is beautifully designed with really nice landscaping, furniture, and interior design finishes. The infinity pool was beautiful with perfect water temperature and a gorgeous view. It has a swim up bar which we loved. We didn’t really go in the other pools because there’s no point when there’s no ocean view. They do need to work on their cleaning of the pool though, because the infinity edge had black mold in several places. The beach isn’t swimmable and they wouldn’t even allow us to touch the water with our toes. We had to walk off the property to touch the water. But we knew it wouldn't be swimmable, and if we had more time on our trip we would’ve gotten a taxi to take us to a swimmable beach. I guess if I was more impressed by the resort I would’ve not cared as much about the beach. The live music entertainment is at 7 pm, so we missed most of it because it overlapped with our dinner reservations. After dinner there was nothing to do, except for karaoke one night. The highlight of our trip was them releasing baby turtles on the beach. Apparently it doesn’t happen very often, and we were so happy that we were able to see it.

Awesome Resort and Vacation

We have visited Le Blanc Resort several times. It never disappoints! Prior to visiting Le Blanc my husband and I did not like all-inclusive resorts. We had a couple bad experiences at some other brands. A friend encouraged us to give Le Blanc a try. Best experience ever!!! The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The service is outstanding. Everyone is kind, helpful, accommodating and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious. So clean and spacious. Linens are wonderful. We have visited the spa several times. It is always a great experience. The spa staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The restaurants are fabulous. We’ve never had a bad meal. The restaurants are a true dining experience. I appreciate the dress code required for evening dining. The food by the pool is amazing as well. Le Blanc is awesome!!

Spacious, welcoming rooms with breathtaking views

From check-in to check-out, this was one of the best experiences I have ever had if not the best. You are greeted as soon as you step out the vehicle and are given great customer service. I definitely recommend and will be back. Nice, spacious rooms with a nice view of the resort and ocean. Anything I needed was always met with, "My pleasure or It will be my pleasure. The restaurants on the resort offer everything from Italian, Hibachi, etc. or you can order while lounging around the pool. The room service is incredible and can be pretty much ordered around the clock. My favorite restaurant was Ocean. From the beautiful views of the beach and ocean to the wonderful food, I visited this one most often. I am just mad I didn't get there sooner which I would have back in 2020, but we shut down all travel due to COVID-19. Then I haven't even began to talk about the spa and fitness room. You can comfortably feel at home for over two weeks. By the time you get back home, you will be spoiled. A must visit in Cabos.

Great couples vacation

The resort is beautiful and well kept. The beach was the same. I liked that it was on the smaller side. We were there for 5 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our butlers were Ilse and Brandon. They were great. Always kept us informed and were very attentive. Martine at Blanc was great! So many more that I can’t remember their names. The food was very good! We were pleasantly surprised. The cappuccinos at the coffee bar were perfect and the ice cream there was so good! We had a honeymoon ocean view suit. It was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t have any high pressure sales, which was nice. Said no thank you and they never bothered us about it again! My only complaints that would probably keep me from going back are as follows… the road noise from our room was awful. We were on the 7th and 12th floors. The pools were too warm. They were not refreshing at all. Finally, there wasn’t much entertainment. It was pretty boring after dinner and during the day at the pool. It was a great time with great friends!
