The most amazing experience. Our butlers (yes butlers!) Lidia and Valentin ensured we had everything we needed to make our trip memorable and one of a kind. Poolside, Ivan, Pablo, Victor and Gerardo made sure we always had a fresh drink (and plenty of water). Juana, our maid, left us notes and little gifts. “I saw you are reading a book, here’s a bookmark to keep your spot instead of folding pages” Julia was so kind and ful of wit and positive energy. She is the perfect person to run activities. Eduardo kept the party going, we had so much fun on karaoke nights…excellente!!!! We went for a girls trip and made so many friends. I can’t wait to return many more times with more friends and/or my partner. We are already planning a group trip to one of the other resorts

I celebrated my birthday with my girlfriends and never anticipated such a elevated, luxurious, 5-star experience! Upon check in, my friends and I were greeted by our first experience. We were adorn with a satin, weighted, aroma therapy pillow and delicious coconut nut milk mock-tail that was refreshing after a long flight. We met our butlers Valentin & Lidia who took care of all of our needs. They anticipated our needs and exceeded any expectation we had when we were told we would have butler services. From making all our reservations, drawing nightly heavenly baths we were absolutely spoiled! The activity staff Julia Robert's greeted us daily and invited us to participate in daily volleyball, paddle yoga, pickle ball and crafts. She was so charming and humorous. We loved all of the pool attendants Ivan,Gerardo, Pablo and Victor. They catered to all if our daily drink and delicious pool snacks. The 6 offered restaurants were absolutely delicious. They all cater to any dietary needs. We loved, Habibi - Lebanese cuisine, Yama Asian Fusion, Bella-Italian, Ocean - seafood, Blanc international- Steakhouse, Lumiere- French. Each restaurant has so many appetizers, Entrée and desserts to choose with specialty Cocktails. The food is absolutly top-notch! The facilities were beautifully cared for and always gleaming and clean. The spa experiences Hydrotherapy was our favorite daily experience.you must go and experience for yourself the best all-inclusive, luxurious vacation. From the wonderful staff to the new forever friends we made, we could not stop talking about how much we all loved, loved, loved our experience. It was truly all of our extreme pleasure. We cannot wait to return and experience it all all over again!

We had such an amazing time here overall 10/10. Every aspect is elegant with thoughtful amenities such as aromatherapy, handmade soaps, and different pillow choices. Churros, gelato, and food from every restaurant was amazing just like all the staff. They truly made this an amazing relaxing experience and all our desires were fully satisfied to the highest level.

Hotel was beyond amazing. Manny and Julia in activities are both amazing! So much fun! Hotel staff very attentive to our needs. View from our room was gorgeous on the 9th floor. We loved Habibi (Lebanese cuisine)and Lumiere ( French cuisine) both places had very attentive wait staff and food was delicious! Highly suggest doing the 12 course wine/ food pairing dinner at Lumiere.

The Staff Brendaly, Yair, and Daniel 12 th floor butler’s our Waiter at Le Blanc Steakhouse ( Diego )almost every evening was so fun and our Pool waiter Indelico We called him Delicious was exceptionally attentive always willing to help! Very positive and Fun the entire 6 days we were there! We will return because of them all!
