Valentin in UVC went over and beyond his remit. My partner hurt her wrist and he brought in a wrist protector. That is amazing! Wendy in preferred reception was great too! David in El Patio was an amazing ...server! I want to go back again for the amazing service, the ambience and the location! This place is perfect!! Even the gardens are 10/10!

This resort is beautiful - it's beautifully kept and it's situated in a beautiful area! (Keep in mind, it is located in a desert.) Every single staff member we came across were very friendly and helpful. T...he food was delicious, and we just had a marvelous time. We are UVC Members, so we were able to enjoy the Preferred Club. They had a nice breakfast that was perfect before a day lounging at the Preferred Club pool. I didn't feel like we had to rise before the rooster to "claim" a spot by the pool, however, we are early risers and were there by 9:00 am and had no issues. The other pool was huge, but that's where the fun is, so it tended to be loud at times. Going in March, the weather was perfect, but a little on the cool side. Thankfully, the pools are heated and they feel amazing! We saw whales from our position by the pool, which was exciting. I do recommend a whale tour of some kind. We took a sunset cruise out of Los Cabos and saw whales who were practically "performing" for us! (Whales only migrate there at certain times of the year.) . Please note, you cannot swim in the ocean as it's bitterly cold and very turbulent. They have a few areas where you can lounge near the beach, but not necessarily on the beach. The beach was perfect for walking and finding granite rocks. We had a fabulous time, and I can't wait to go back!
