We had such a great experience here. Everything was awesome. The food, staff, atmosphere was great! Misa an employee there was so great. Every staff member was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend if you want relaxation and quiet. Would definitely go back!!!

Overall, the excellent staff separated the experience at this all-inclusive resort above others I have stayed at. At The Patio restaurant Sergio and David were superb for dinner. The cuisine at The Patio was also our favorite of the trip. Randall at the Asian restaurant was very personable and attentive - if we ate there again we would have asked for him to serve us. Our pool staff was over-the-top with kindness, speed and laughter. Myrna was our super pool concierge, making sure all of our needs were met each day. Juan was our main server and he is the best pool waiter I have ever had - Leo also helped out and he was great. I have been saying the best ever a couple times but it is true - previously we have stayed at Barcelo/Occidental properties. The entertainment staff was the best and most well-rounded I have had. Axel, Delmar, Ivan and the new guy Miguel made the pool time very fun but they were also humble and appreciative. This was an amazing trip and we plan to return to this resort!
