Beautiful Christmas

We were just sightseeing for Christmas. It was beautiful. Spent 4 hours walking around the different areas. We had lots of pictures ops. I ate from the Stax and my friend had The Chicken Pickens. We took the little river boat cruise. We loved it all
Customer service is lacking

I am very disappointed in the customer service here, or lack thereof. I booked a weekend getaway for my sister as a wedding gift. I was very clear that I did not want her to be charged anything and I did not want her to see how much I had paid. This past weekend, upon check in, she was asked to put a card down for incidentals. Upom checkout. She was told she was all set, but the next day she was charged over $700! I called the hotel yesterday and was told it would take 5-7 business days to reverse the charge. Not an ideal solution, having her funds tied up for a week, especially at Chrismtas time. Also, I am extremely unhappy that she knows I paid over $1400 for her 2 night stay. It was an expensive gift and I did not want her to see that total. Also, her room was in the absolute furthest corner of the hotel, not near anything. Given the price, I really expected better. The attitude I recieved was less apologetic and more "it is what it is." Very disappointing.
