Cory was the most amazing bellhop!! We really enjoyed our sister trip. Recommend going through the week. Crowds were very limited!

Valet, bell, and front desk service was 10+. Couldn’t have gone better. I was a walk inn and got a great deal. Room was clean. Cozy and beds very comfortable. Very quit room given this big building. The negative was the high cost of food, the gift shops and anything you wanted to purchase. In addition the atrium very well decorated for Christmas was very very dark . Couldn’t hardly see - perhaps make that area brighter.
