Just arrived. Wi-Fi doesn't work. I take a shower and get out of the shower and there is no hair dryer. I call reception .. they tell me 15/20 minutes we will bring it to them ... up to you to consider. We will see the remaining days. Alessandro Nazha

It is a disaster place. There is no any relation what you pay and what you get. It is a kind of holiday village with apartments. Not real resort. They say they have lots of restaurant and there is only 3 around Cove and mostly closed. You need to walk a lot for other restaurant and than, surprise! they also can be closed. Than stay in the long queues in front of open restaurants or go for room service. You pay high amounts for holiday for this kind of service. One lift in Cove was not working during whole our stay, 5 days. This is showing how they handle the things in the hotel.
