Awesome and amazing property. We had a great time except for the renovation work happening next room to my room and decided to be drilling and hammering away when we wanted to take a nap. The bus shuttles ...are great and always running and the environment is well kept Improvements are needed with the options at the casino will be nice to have live poker tournaments that guests can sign into and play with other poker players and also the Adult pool time closes too early at 6pm or so. Needs to be extended to like 9pm

Just got back from staying at The Cove at Atlantis and it was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful the whole time. Everyone made us feel welcome from the second we arrived. The entire place wa...s really clean — from the rooms to the pool areas. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything nice. The resort itself is beautiful and there’s so much to do. It’s perfect for relaxing or having fun. We had such a great experience and would highly recommend The Cove to anyone looking for a luxury getaway. This was our 4th trip in 2 years and we can’t wait to go back later this year!

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. For $900 plus a night I got the worst service, horrible attitude by the staff, dirty rooms, disgusting carpets; had to beg for an extra bottle of water for the ...room, pillows are hard, and overall I would rate this hotel as one terrible experience. I have traveled extensively and been to all kinds of hotel from four Seasons to Hilton garden Inn. This is worst than quality inn for the price of a four seasons! Honestly terrible and sad to have wasted a vacation and traveled for 14 hours to come to this less than mediocre hotel called the “Cove”!!

Very nice but way overpriced. Staff was friendly but I felt like they were always trying to upsell us on something. I had a better time at Secrets in Jamaica. I would have preferred if everything was inclu...ded. Thats all I have to say but this website is making me type 200 characters, so that's what I'm doing .lol

Atlantis is always my favorite vacation spot. We come at least once a year, with couples and or our 20 something children. We always stay at the COVE. The staff is amazing, and the property is so beautif...ul and well maintained. We had great dinners every night. Silan, Fish, Nobu, Seafire, and Carmines were all exceptional. The food at FREZCA at the CAIN pool was delicious as well. Its the perfect place to relax and enjoy some fun in the sun. Can't wait to go back.
