Really bad costumer service

I’ve been to NYC many times but have never stayed at this hotel until this recent trip. As soon as you walk in the staff was unkind. It seemed as if they disliked their job. If you are looking for a friendly environment and nice costumer service, this is not the place to book. The service was very slow and the hotel overall was not the cleanest.

I didn't really pay attention to costs because I knew it'd be expensive . I didn't want to eat breakfast at the hotel anyway, which of course was not free, (cuz I love finding a bakery right on Times Square ) as far as location and the hotel itself it's wonderful and top notch. I do suggest getting a higher floor because it's a tall enough building you do not hear or even see anything which was surprising considering the bright lights on Broadway. Will return to this hotel next time we're in New York
