Not worth what you will pay

This hotel is advertised as a 4 star, but is really in line with a 2 star. The rooms are adequate as a place to sleep, but are pretty run down. It is located right on top of Times Square and that is what you are paying for. The location is very convenient, with restaurants, shopping, subway, and central park within walking distance. It can get loud, but if you are looking to stay on top of Times Square, that should be expected. You are going to pay a very serious premium for this location, but should not expect the level of service or quality that we would normally associate with at hotels in this price range. If you are driving, also consider that overnight parking anywhere near this area will be between $80-$100 / night. Better option would be to stay further out and take the train into the core areas.

The room wasn’t ready on time (more than 2 hours late) and when it was ready it didn’t have towels. Trying to get towels was a chore - despite multiple requests and more than 5 hours, the hotel staff has failed. The one thing they’re good at are emails and texts with empty promises and platitudes. Stay anywhere else.
