Not a hotel if u are on vacation

The only good thing about this hotel is its Location. It’s a total waste of money otherwise. They don’t understand that they are in service industry and they are supposed to give good service. Our rooms had no toiletries, No water. When we called to request them to bring us it took almost 45 Min after keep on asking for 3 times. And it happened everyday. When i went to reception to ask why the service is too slow i was told they don’t have enough staffs. After pandemic the management is changed. One person runs around to all rooms to give them stuffs. I have booked this hotel with breakfast , Its not a sit down breakfast. I never knew this otherwise i would hv not booked. They have a small counter for 800 guest to queue in a line and hope to get food of ur choice. It feels like u are standing to beg for the breakfast you have paid for. They run out of items and u hv to choose from what is available. I am on holiday , i don’t want to participate in a race to get breakfast. It’s so annoying. I will never stay here again and i don’t recommend this hotel to people like us who travel the world and know what good service is. Its a 2 star hotel as per me. Shame on management.
Bad hotel with bad behaviour

One of the worst experiences i ever had in this hotel. They are so rude that you will realise that you are in a Jain not in a hotel. The language they speak is so rude specially the lady Manager. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms are very smelly specially the bathrooms were to bad to use.
