Birthday trip and first time to New York!

We went for my daughter’s birthday trip and it was our first time to New York City as well! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I would say my only complaint is the water took a little longer ...to drain when showering but that’s it. Rooms were very clean and bathrooms were spacious. We had a corner room so we had two windows which made for a big beautiful view! The staff was very nice and helpful. The location made for easy access to Timesquare! Never had a dull moment. Would definitely book here again!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean, with large windows offering beautiful views. The location was also excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Staff... were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a well-located and comfortable hotel.
