Our overall stay was okay, there were some setbacks however aome of them were resolved. TerryAnn at the beach is amazing.
2nd trip To Jewels Ocho Rios

Completed my second stay at Jewel Paradise Cove in Ocho Rios. The slogan “welcome home” fits perfectly. I truly felt at home everywhere I went throughout the property. The managers took the time to step away from their office to greet me after I reached out fly email to say I would be returning. The staff are excellent, friendly and attentive. I treated myself to the butler suite on this trip and it was worth every dime. A special thanks to Raymond and Christa for ensuring that all needs were met. I enjoyed leaving my room because I knew there wood be goodies waiting for me when I returned ?? My massage at the spa was wonderfully relaxing and I took advantage of the personal training. The machines do need to be upgraded though. The bikes were extremely old and rusted. I assume the rust was from the gym being right on the beach. I was able to use the yoga space every morning that looks out at the ocean. Simply amazing I also recommend the nature tour around the property. The guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. The food was pretty good at the buffet and really good at some of the other restaurants . So many choices for pools and swim up bars for our enjoyment . I enjoyed the entertainment and my favorite time was singing along at the piano bar. Thanks for and enjoyable stay. See you when I get back home.
