Warm welcoming runaway

Friendly, warm and welcoming staff. The architecture has a pleasant old-warm charm with new amenities. Food is amazing; Jerk hut pork and festival, Moonstone lamb chops, and Platinum blue mountain cheesecake; add the coffee bar and the french toast at breakfast and thank me later. A great happy medium of entertainment and relaxation. Never needed to leave the resort.
Subpar all inclusive

This was not an all inclusive! The hotel was outdated and the beach was not great. Tequila and wine were not included! If you want a glass of wine, you could only order the house wine and if you wanted a different wine, you would have to buy the bottle. If you wanted a drink with tequila, you had to purchase it. They only offered rum and vodka drinks. They came to clean our room at 5 PM when we would be getting ready to shower and go to dinner. We actually had to leave the room in order for them to clean it. The woman waited at our door until we left. Definitely would not go here again. I would say the staff is friendly, but not attentive.

Janice’s lafdder challenge was done in one day by my partner & 2days by me. The rooms are comfortable m, the resort is clean and lush, and the food is tasty. We spent more time at tbe beach and emerald lagoon bar. The Aquamarine bar had great bugers and fish & chips. We would come back.
Fantastic time with friendly helpful staff

Fantastic location in a private bay, the beach is kept really well and the life guards work tirelessly to keep it that way. Lots of sun beds and always calm even if rough further out. There is a smaller beach but not for us. Terry always there to deliver drinks from the bar or bar from the drinks lol but the bar is no distance as nothing is. Drinks are strong and plentiful. Food was varied and never had a complaint the staff as all say excellent. Lots of restaurants and all offer different themes, only negative the platinum at night is excellent but breakfast was slow and lunch (pizza) was over an hour ! Suggest pre-order and go back. Rooms good size although balconies small. Pool view is a bit claustrophobic but great for access to the pool with the volleyball. We would definitely this hotel
A solid 8/10 honeymoon experience - we are not fussy people!

This was my honeymoon spot, thanks to Geronimo Travels - travel agency. She handled all the booking details and when we got there we were greeted promptly with warm face towels and a refreshing drink of choice. The downside is we had a 2nd floor room but no elevator, I felt it for the bell man with our bags. Room service was a little tardy - that first night we ordered in due to be exhausted. The order came about an hour and a half later. Could have been a demanding night for the grill, nevertheless the food was good. The buffet was perfect- we enjoyed every day there. The other restaurants are nice too! There’s one that requires reservation and special attire (reservation goes by quickly tho). Pools were great, beach was clean, water sports folks were accommodating. Premises is cute. Entertainment is good also. I’d go back for sure! Have a great trip??
