As soon as we got to the resort,we were checked in politely! The resort staff in the check in was very patient with my family and I as we went through the process of paying for our stay.However I would not... recommend accepting any outside tour packages and gift offers it's a waste of time!.But otherwise our room condition hospitality and housekeeping was 10/10 .Food is a bit pricey on but the food,pool,and atmosphere very FAMILY FRIENDLY:) We traveled 4 days and nights ..I would recommend booking in the tower buildings as they are cleanliness spacious for those who have small kids ??

Beds were comfortable . Rooms and hotel Clean. Water park and pools fun Wonderful location. Great choice for family vacation. Lots of food options at hotel but also plenty of places close by. Woul...d definitely recommend this hotel. Will stay again.
