Check in was smooth and easy. Very nice. The room really wasn’t what I thought it would be and not real comfortable. My son had a lot of fun at water park and arcade. On the last night of my stay. I tried ...calling twice for extra blankets finally I walked to front desk and asked for them. I was informed they would be bring to my room this was at 2am at 3:30am they still had not arrived so I called from my cell. I was told they were sending them now. I still haven’t received them and not sure if I will

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel it was one of the cheapest we found and was literally somewhere to sleep as we were out most of the day. The staff were very friendly and the water park if you have kids w...ill keep them entertained for hours. We found the breakfast a bit pricey so went somewhere else instead. We only have one fault with this hotel and it was with housekeeping, we came back two days on the run to our door being left open this was reported to reception and they changed our room keys and said they would report it back to housekeeping, we don’t know if this happened, money was also taken out of our room it wasn’t a lot but that’s not the point. We ended up putting the do not disturb sign up after this which we should have had to do so housekeeping didn’t come in anymore.

Place stinks of drugs (cannabis) It’s so busy as it’s open to public and all they care about is money. Nothing on site is free!! Let alone the $50 a DAY resort fee that’s hidden until you arrive! NON REFU...NDABLE! You get harassed by TIME SHARE reps in the hotel lobby! Awful! The rooms are horrible and run down and old with silver fish running around and has a musky smell! The breakfast was okay ish for a 2star! The only part about this hotel that looks ok is the water park at the back and only for ages 8 below! Never again!! DO NOT BOTHER!! I took my 11 year old and he hated it!

Before booking a read a lot of reviews that really were 50/50 with this place. Some had a good experience, others not. Im happy to say that ours was a good experience. We stayed March 11-15. The rooms - we... booked with redtag.ca and got great rate! $400 for 4 nights cdn (discounted resort fee you pay on arrival, $70 cdn). We had a good corner bottom floor room facing inside towards the pool but off to the side. I was worried we would get one of the older looking rooms some people had posted with carpet and weird curtains but we didn’t, I did look as walking by other rooms and dont know if those are even a thing anymore I think they may have renovated them all. Beds were pretty comfy and clean. I liked that the room had two closed areas to bathroom/shower then vanity area. Was it super pristine clean and new bathrooms? No but lets be real if you think of how many people are staying in the rooms throughout the year, it was pretty darn good. I expected way worse. Bring lysol wipes and just wipe things down as you should anyway, but there was no weird mold or grimy areas as some had said. If you were to have loud neighbours. I could see that being an issue as there is a shared locked door between rooms. Vibe - good vibe hanging by the pool which is heated and the hot tub was lovely. Hot tub does get packed in the evening with the adults drinking and whatever. The water slides were very fun. They do need to invest in some more blow ups as there were maybe a dozen available. Honestly it seemed not busy at all when we came, no waiting or lines. The only feedback for the pool areas is the food truck by the main pool is extremely over priced. A lot of people were bringing in their own drinks. I feel if they lowered prices they would sell more. $20 cdn for one strawberry daiquiri for example. Location - great location! Dunkin donuts right next door for those who need coffee as soon as their eyes open. This was key for us. Pizza and ice cream places right across the street . $15 uber to the Flordia mall which was excellent. Staff - I read some rough reviews about staff but honestly they were all friendly and helpful! We asked for different pillows as they were a bit lumpy, no problem at all they dropped them off at our door. We were able to check our bags in the back reception area between our check out and check in time at a diff hotel. Would I come back? At that price and what it offered, yes for four nights again! If you have small children this would be a great place. My kids are 10 and 13 who had lots of fun and were comfortable. Theres a mardi gras party on Friday nights which is fun for smaller children. The foam party was a bit of a let down part of this lol. We just laughed, they only had one foam daddy gun that shot foam out one side of the splash pad haha they could definitely invest in more of them or pour some dawn dishsoap in the splash pad so it gets real fun. We just kind of laughed as that was hyped up a bit more then what it was. Final note, when they have the sprinkler systems going to water vegetation - it does have a sulphur smell Im assuming because its fertilized water coming out - this wasnt on going just in the hot afternoons they turn them on for a bit. Overall good spot to come during less busy travel times of the year. I could see it being like a sardine can at high vacation times and how people would find that to be a bad experience. Im from Newfoundland Canada is this my true review of this place. I was expecting worse after reading diff reviews on diff sights but was pleasantly surprised and left satisfied.

Honestly for how busy they were , everyone was amazing . Everyone had such a good time and the hotel is definitely worth the money. I’ve come here like 5 times and each time is perfect ???? . We actually ...decided to come here and not go anywhere else. My son had such a great time .
