Loosen your tie everyone .Is the resort the cleanest no ,is it the best waterpark ever no is it a five star resort no .Will you have fun yes .We stayed here for one night on the 20th July and was checked in by Stephanie,she couldn't have been nicer and literally done everything she could have to make us happy .As a vacationer from the UK who was affected by the cyber problems Stephanie understood the sheer exhaustion of UK vacationers and helped us actually enjoy our holiday so will we return YES

The place was awesome a to z nothing I could pick out that was an issue the staff was friendly and very attentive and the grounds were also maintained very well … not a full trash can even the ones further from the building definitely will be coming back with the family …..

Absolutely love staying here . My only advice would be to get security guards and security dogs just for the weekends due to people taking drugs and not been discreet about it . Only saying this cos we saw a lot of families with young kids and yeah my self had a child so am no angel but there’s a time and place . Would I come back yes definitely.

Here for the third time and still love the place. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The bartender Elijah was always helpful The room always kept clean and the facilities are so good for the kids. We look forward to staying again and again

We arrived quite late at CoCo Keys after a long flight, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who gave us a map explained where our room was and a quick run down on the facilities. We were put in block 6 which was a good size room for a family. The beds were very comfortable with nice comfy pillows and a quiet air con unit. If we needed anything the receptionist actioned it straight away, our coffee machine was not working a new one was delivered to our room in less than 20 mins, house keeping was daily. My son wanted to sleep on the sofa bed, new bedding for it was delivered in less than 30 mins. The grounds were kept well and we had an overall nice stay. We did not use the pool or waterpark, do I can't comment on those, but they looked good. We did use the laundry facilities which was great as it was card payment. All of our resort fees were waived with Virgin, which was good as that would of added quite a lot more on. The only negative thing is that the Aircon unit needed cleaning which made the room smell a bit musty and damp, even though it was not damp! Don't be put off by bad reviews. It's not a high end hotel so don't expect it, but for a lower end hotel/motel it was very good. We would definitely be happy to stay there again. I actually preferred it to another hotel very close by.
