I came last year and it was amazing the kids loves it so much, I have a very fussy eatter and he was able to find something every moring to eat, room was clean, everything was great(but outdated but we was... only sleeping and showering der). The kids loved it so much we will be back 12th may ?? Hotel was in a good location, was able to get to everything we need either by scooter or lyft.

It was an ok experience. Valet service was a waste of time and money. We had to get our own car every single time since they are never there. The food is expensive and tastes bland. The housekeeper never c...ame to do light cleaning and towel change as advertised. The waterpark was nice. The room was outdated and dirty.

This is the perfect family friendly resort. My family stayed 3 nights and we loved it. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. Housekeeping did great with making sure we had everything we needed daily.... The waterpark was the kids favorite part of the stay. Lifeguards were on duty throughout the park and very alert. There is a tiki bar, restaurant and arcade all right there. Friday there was a foam party and live DJ who also played games with the kids. Saturday night was free cotton candy and more games for everyone. The breakfast buffet (19.95 per adult )had a nice selection of food and the staff were very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel location, facilities and staff are great, only issue is the cleanliness of the rooms - I think our bed sheets were changed once during our 2 week stay. I think the daily service just empty the bi...ns, drop towels and make the beds. The floor was never cleaned so i ended up doing it myself. All other areas of the hotel were clean and well looked after, the water park is perfect for all ages and the main swimming pool is a lovely place to relax - try the hot tub, its good even on a hot day.

The staff is very very hospitable and accommodating. Alex from Venezuela at the front desk was able to answer all my needs and made check and check out a breeze. Let us use the water park for a one night s...tay and included parking. The text function really helped us out with a newborn. They even provided us a crib with all the bedding too. The room was way bigger than a standard room too. We got a two bed with pull out couch. Plenty of room for my family of 6. We’ll definitely be coming back. Nothing beats the price and convenience of having a water park a few steps away. My kids found a new favorite hotel!
