Roaches and Bad Services

Terrible service and Roaches.. Booked and paid extra for King room. Hotel didnt have King available for night one and refuse to comp the price difference of the extra we paid. Also killed two roaches in the bathroom (see picture). Upon entering the room… As a frequent traveler its a reminder not to stay off brand.

Hotel is lovely and the staff are as well. However I give it a 3 star rating because the overall quality is so poor. Hotel is massively dated. Everything is just meh. The food is meh. The parking is abysmal. They do a horrible job at managing the valet/rideshare/ guest area. Every time we pulled in all lanes were blocked with cars and staff just standing around. Most of the cars were empty. I wouldn’t choose to stay here.
