I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Rosen Shingle Creek with my family this Christmas. We spent 9 nights at the hotel, and it was truly perfect. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the season, with Christmas trees placed throughout, adding to the festive atmosphere. One of our favorite parts of the stay was breakfast each morning at Cafe Osceola. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an incredible variety of options. The service was exceptional, and the staff was warm, friendly, and very attentive. In particular, John Paul and Daniel, Soloman, were all outstanding. They made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

Parking is terrible - We had a very long walk - yes they have a golf cart however hard to get one - yes only one running - and they do have valet experience. Hotel rooms on the older side. Check in was very easy and simple. I would recommend it was nice and close to everything.
