Great place to vacation. Maya beach in my opinion was the best option. Big rooms. Food and drinks all over the place. Friendly service. Quick response. The staff goes above and beyond to try and help and answer any questions. It’s 45 mins from Cancun airport so you’ll need transportation but worth every penny.
Great family vacation

We visited Barcelo Maya Beach for five days last week and we had a blast. As we traveled with our sons (15 and 13 year old) we were looking for a resort with multiple pools and options and we found the right place. We explored the different pools, beaches and restaurants from the other hotels (Caribe/Tropical, etc) and allowed us to choose what we wanted to do each day. The complex is very big but it's a nice walk. We used the gym, Spa and jet skis but weren't able to used the kayaks due to bad weather in the last two afternoons.
