Delightful stay on the Gold Level

We stayed on the Gold Level. The rooms are nice and well appointed. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the rooms perfect. The Gold Level staff are outstanding. They go out of their way to provid...e excellent service and to anticipate your needs. Although the buffet area is compact, they do a great job having a number of new items each day. The door staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a direct connection to the underground walkway system.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We chose the Gold floor which is so worth it! The lounge is calm and clean with great snacks and breakfast. And above all, Aarsh was such a wonderful staff member.... He was helpful, friendly and even found us a cord so we could use our iPhone in our rental car for our cross country trip. Thank you! The rooms are on the older side, as is the building. But they are clean, smell good and we had spectacular sunny sky views. And comfy beds!
