Perfect small Gem of a resort

Giving a 5 star as cannot believe some gave this little gem a 1 star. Plenty of choices for food and very tasty. Rooms spacious and clean plenty hot water and you can drink the water - staff work tireless...ly with Smiles shout out to Ron for being such a great DJ - Kim and Desiree are the most gracious ladies - Sean and Morrison the best bartenders with the best Pina Coladas in The Carribean ! Lastly all the Restaurant staff - you Rawk!!!

We’re just on our last day of our 7 night stay at the BBC and 1st impressions when we walked in we were struck by the view and wow it’s stunning location right on the beach and you’d pay for that alone. Th...e hotel itself is very dated and needs a big upgrade because it’s tired, the rooms are big but once again basic and the fridge did not work, the WiFi doesn’t work in your room and the shower is warmer rinsing yourself off with the hose from the beach ??????? Now for the staff I don’t usually complain about the staff as they’re usually over worked and underpaid but my god they have got to be the most miserable bunch I’ve ever come across everything was a chore for them( apart from 1 young girl in the restaurant, young lad on the bar and the old lady in the restaurant who were lovely) the rest well what can I say? My partner asked for vinegar 1 day and it was like she asked the girl to drink the vinegar the look she got, the bbq staff my god don’t ask them for anything as you get the death stares and attitude!! 1 day my partner was waiting 20mins at reception for someone to appear at the desk and when he finally turned up after being across the road at a house there was no apology whatsoever thank god it wasn’t an emergency!! Overall rating average but once again couldn’t fault the setting.
