Guests arriving into Belize City (BZE) will be transferred via an inter-island flight to the regional airport of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye (SPR). Regional Aircraft type will vary between 3- and 14-seat configurations; baggage restrictions and applicable fees may apply. A land transfer from the regional airport to/from the hotel is also provided.

Great experience at this property! The pool staff was excellent, especially Roland helping with chairs, towels and sun/shade. Shakira was awesome with poolside orders. We also enjoyed dining at the pizza... bar several times. Yonnie made that dining experience great for our family. and Emily was a real pleasure at the front desk.

My wife and I are no strangers to all inclusive resorts, all of which have been very enjoyable. Alaia met and exceeded our expectations. What made it exordinary was the staff. We would like to recognize ...Eric in the reception area, the serve staff at the pool area and Seasalt. These included Maria, Blanca and Ratzia (sp?). The Maitre De' at Sea Salt was very helpful and accomodating. Even the towel man jumped to help us with the wheelchair, which Alaia provided for us. All in all a top notch operation
