I love the hotel, it's confortable and they have different activities. I Will visit again the next year. The people every day show the beutiful smile and we feel like home... Carolina is the Best worker, s...he makes me laugh a lot and she have a lot of talent.

Victor in the V.I.P section at La Terraza the buffet was our server for the entire week we were visiting and he was amazing!!!!!!! He was so helpful and always delivered! He remembered our names and what w...e liked and treated our family like royalty!!!!!!! He helped to make our vacation memorable! If you decide to visit he will certainly treat you just as well!!!!! Please look for VICTOR as he will accommodate any needs that you have!!!!! Seriously I've never had better service at a resort and we travel often! This guy needs a raise or a promotion immediately!!!!!! If you see this, thank you Victor we appreciate everything you did for my family!!!!!!!!
