We had a great time! Easy to check in and everyone was nice and accommodating. They had special events every evening and was very family-friendly. You couldn't ask for a better beach with lots of shade and beautiful turquoise waters! Good food at the buffet with lots of choices, however you will sweat while you eat in the summer months. We went to the on-site Mexican restaurant on our last night there and it was a great experience. Nowhere we went felt crowed. There are also shops less than a 2-minute walk from the resort.
Such a shame. Could be fabulous!

Food was excellent!, shame you had to attempt to enjoy in ridiculous heat!! No AC only very slow fans. My family and I struggled, we have had the privilege to travel far, we spent a month in India, never experienced heat in the main area's for guests! This hotel is NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY! Sadly, my Mother suffered a stroke, left her paralysed on whole side of body... showers are NOT walk in, we had the most difficult 2 weeks and hotel wanted almost 3000 usd to put things right! Beach was beautiful, of you are a smoker..be prepared to be sat in a mosquito ridden shed and be eaten alive or face 150dollar fine! Guards everywhere yet can't stop pedophiles! Our 13yr old daughter experienced a few nasty things, hotel didn't take seriously, beware if you have teen children! Staff amazing, such a shame, could be a fabulous resort. Loved the lady Lise for morning stretch in the pool
