Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa will be undergoing a renovation project from April 15 – June 2025,
A plan has been crafted to ensure there will be minimal guest impact, however, please note some outlets and areas of the hotel may be closed temporarily. (All dates below are subject to change)
- April 10 – June 2025 – Façade enhancements. Guest impact will be minimal.
- June 15 – November 19 – Guest Rooms and Suites. Select guest rooms and suites may be impacted during this time. Minimal to no noise disruption is expected in the guest rooms.
- July 8 – July 30- Riva Restaurant will be relocated to 3030 restaurant
- July 8 – September 30- Minor lobby repairs, but ocean views from the lobby may be obstructed.
- July 8 – October 7- Fitness Center will remain OPEN but repairs will be made during operating hours
- August 1 – September 19- 3030 Restaurant will offer bar and outdoor seating only
- August 1 – September 30 – Sea Level will remain open during renovations, but some sections may be closed temporarily.
Although some noise may be heard, all efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

- Daily beach chairs for two guests
- Daily One hour rental of non-motorized sports equipment for two guests. Includes surf boards, paddleboards, bodyboards, and kayaks.
- Daily One hour fitness classes for two guests
- Daily One hour tennis court or pickleball court rental for two guests. Includes rackets and balls
- Daily One hour rental of beach games for two guests. Includes Giant Jenga, Connect 4, Corn Hole, Bocce Ball, and Horseshoes
- Daily One hour bicycle rental for two guests
- Daily enhanced high-speed wireless internet access
