I paid for a high floor ocean front and didn't get what I paid for. Then I was spoken down to as if I did something wrong???? I was celebrating my mother's birthday and spent over 2000 00 just to be treat...ed so poorly and never recieve what I pay for. I usually just stay with Marriott but thought Hyatt would be so much more elite. Boy was I ever wrong!!!!

Amazing hotel and great staff who provide excellent customer service. The location was perfect and the views were spectacular. Not to mention very clean and super organized! Special shoutout to the cleanin...g staff who were always so kind and did an amazing job and the receptionists were superb! So many amazing amenities and activities to make your stay even more fun! Staff really make the place feel comfy and cozy!
