Hotel is very clean & staff is very friendly. They respond to our issues right away. Love that our hotel is just next to Waikiki Beach. Enjoyed our Regency club access, food was so good & delicious. Housek...eeping did a good job. I love the Farmers Market inside the hotel.

Friendly staff and fantastic ocean view. Perfect location. Our family always love to stay here. We found some renovations were partially done. One suggestion: if you can give some special dining promotion...s and events, it can bring more people
