Found a roach on my bed. It explains why you get a Raid next to the safe box. The operator Karina, Daniela in the Lobby, Daniel the concierge and Roberto Vallejo were all more focused on minimizing the inc...ident, blaming the tropical weather and exotic location, than providing solutions. The food below average. Not even the specialty restaurants are worth it. Nothing special on the buffets either. On the beach they only serve drinks. You have to walk to the restaurant for snacks and can't take them out.

Old hotel; downgraded our room without telling us, after we noticed it we were changed and compensated with spa time ; very crowded beaches; loud music and drone usage on the beach; unremarkable restaurant...s for dinner. Excellent breakfast. Extraordinary staff.
