Brilliant stay again at the Cosmo

We have now stayed at the Cosmo over six times and it just gets better every time. The staff are amazing and housekeeping is the best we ever had. The management have been so kind and looked after us so we...ll over the years. This is the only place we would stay in Vegas.

Where to start, this hotel from check-in to check-out was amazing all round. At check-in I politely asked for an upgrade (higher room/nice view) was told they had nothing available but would check (i was ...holding $50 in my hand at this point) and the amazing clerk went away, came back and said they were upgrading us to a 1 bed suite in the boulevard tower with a view of the strip (was hoping for the fountain view but this was even more perfect), also added on $100 room credit so $50 tip handed over. Was told if there was anything I needed to not queue and come see him directly at any point. As for the hotel, WOW. Its my 3rd time to Vegas and this by far for me is one of the best hotels there, the room was amazing (52nd floor) with an amazing strip view. Spot on clean and maid cleaned every day we were there (5 days) - tipped $5 a day. The lifts are like a ride at Disney, my ears popped every time! The location of the hotel is for me also in the perfect location. We used Lyft the whole time we were there to get about and you just go to the rideshare location near the check-in, was so easy. Yes there was noise from the club till around 2am but it didnt bother us, your in Vegas after all! If my liver and bank account can recover we will only stay at this hotel if we go again. Not gamblers so cant comment on the gambling side of the hotel, food wise only had eggslut (wasnt a fan) and only bar we did was the Ski Lodge (again wasnt a fan). In terms of the hotel/room though one word - Perfect
