Never again. No customer service.

Worst customer service I have experienced in 56 years. We reserved a room in the Bordeaux towers. We tried to check in on the app and it was assigning a room in the Versailles tower. I went to the front... desk and Victor told me there were no rooms in Bordeaux that we had booked. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he said “no”. I thought he was joking—he was not. I asked a second time and he threatened to call security—he even went as far as picking up the phone and starting to dial. Bottom line—unless you’re a high roller the Paris (or any Caesar’s property) could not care any less about you. Next time we will take our business elsewhere that actually cares about their customers and I recommend you do as well.

Prices are out of control! $40 for a pina colada at pool bar! 10$ for an americano at coffee shop! $15 for a bottle of domestic beer, it seems they only want the high rollers! No one buy drinks by the poo...l! If they halves the price they would sell 10x more! Cant afford to come back
