The staff was friendly and the bed comfortable. However, they didn’t have the king room we booked, the shower temperature was horrendous, freezing cold, then hot. They said that they would send someone up..., but we saw no change in the problem. They had not vacuumed and I found a big bead on the floor and a bottle cap. The casino was the smokiest one we saw. Overall, disappointing
Mostly nice. If not for the check in process I would stay there again .

The rooms are clean and the pool is nice. Nice cafe and good coffee. BUT I have never spent an hour checking into a hotel. All 3 times I went down to the front desk it was at least 50 people in front of me.... I am NOT exaggerating. Room rates are definitely reasonable
