Fantastic stay here at the jewel grande, nothing at all we can fault and I would just like to say it has got the best kids club with the best staff ( Danica, Iesha, Tracey) they have been absolutely fantas...tic with my granddaughter Nevaeh, going to miss you all, until next time, massive thank you to kids club and all staff and facilities, also two great butlers who looked after us (Neo and Paul) massively thank you to them! from the birch family

This is a very nice resort. The ride from the airport was about 20 minutes. Check in was swift and the clerk was friendly. I was early so the room wasn’t ready. I went to the beach which is wonderfu...l. It is a protected bay and the water got deep very gradually. There is some seaweed bits it’s avoidable. I had an entry level,room but it was very spacious. Large bathroom, comfortable bed and large balcony with a great view. This resort used to be a timeshare so the rooms are unusually large. I wouldn’t call the food at the hotel,fancy. However the food was very good. The Buffett had many choices and the Jamaican option for breakfast was great. The steakhouse was good as well. All the staff was friendly. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again
